Jennifer thank for the reply I have reached out in an email to housing and I have not received a reply from them. They informed my daughter of having a roommate and added an email for any questions. But do not respond back. My daughter has also reached out and cannot get anyone to respond. If this continues I will move further up the ladder until I get a response.
